How do you personally respond to being hit on at work?

Do you think it's a bit funny and shrug it off? Do you flirt back a little? Display annoyance? Tell them to screw off?

I don't think I'd recognise it if it happened....we fart arse and joke around so much I'd probably think they were joking.
