You do exactly what Steve Jobs did when he was fired from Apple, he stuck to his passion and became even MORE of a success. The key word being "Passion" find one embrace it and you can achieve most anything.

@Notladylike Exactly right. I am proud I was the kind of manager who sought to empower my employee's, often delegating some of my own responsibilities so they would learn my job, that gave me extra time to bring even greater achievements and awards to my department. I'm happy to a many of my former employee's are now mangers themselves. Makes me proud.
