@helenS @Classified No, I know people who have done the opposite and got fitter. Generally the people who were more active before got lazy and the ones who didn't do much exercise took it up. That was a deliberate choice by them, not just lack of appetite. As Classified says above, snacking/binge eating/takeaways has caused my gain

@helenS That first idea is really good. Even though I use a variant where I just don't buy snacks.
