Or do you just walk in and sit down?

I think it is so rude.

Especially when said person asks me to do things or asks for information.

Can you not say "hello" first?

(Small open office, not rows of cubicles or anything)

I worked at a small office pre-pandemic. We would always greet and say hi and stuff, in the morning. Didn't prevent me from getting laid off. -_-;;

There have been times where I just walked in and sit down, especially after they moved me to the secretary's desk in the front, though. In that case, I would only greet and say good morning when I ran into one of them.

It's easy to look at all the bullshit, but from my perspective, I'd be extremely grateful for a job so I can pay rent with more than student loans. *sigh*
