My bosses boss hates me because I'm attractive.

Now you can call me conceited all you like, but that's legitimately the reason. She's jealous & has no qualms showing it.

Won't let me wear something that fits because it would be too fitting. 🙄

I've seen this happen in places i've worked too when a woman sees other women as competition.
There's not much that you can do in this situation as she will always be jealous of you no matter what you do.
I think just be yourself but if she makes it obvious she is discriminating against you with the dress code and doesn't apply it to others then i'd think about leaving if there's no avenue of appeal.
