I hate when I try to be proactive at work and ask questions. The manager will tell me " we'll go over that in the meeting next week"

Why won't u answer me and let me get ahead? 🤷‍♀️😂

YES!! I often feel like I could do so much more and be productive, but then there's my boss...holding me back for some dumb reason. 🙄

@iamnikki Oh no, you're not alone. There's policies that we have that prevent me from being too proactive and allowing me to get things done. Often times I have to wait on my boss to get back to me to give me the approval to do something, which 99% of the tine he does.
