Are you constantly picked on in the workplace for your demeanor or perhaps for a physical attribute?

In my last job.
Hated it but it's harder to be nice than to be mean. Most people take niceness as a weakness.
Niceness is a STRENGTH
Being mean to everyone just because I feel like it is what's WEAK. Just opinion
