What should I know about Singapore culture when working with them?

So long story short, I need to know about Singaporean culture related to receiving constructive criticism or questioning. Is there a good way to go about it that is less likely to offend?

@Yaz69 See this isn't true though. In western culture we typically prefer to be direct. In Japan for example this is incredibly rude. Respecting all cultures includes learning enough about them to actually show them respect.
