So i could be wrong but aint one of the first things you learn as a trucker is how to turn off the ebrake?

A semi was pulling out of the gas station and the back tires were smoking, like he forgot the brake or something...🤔

It's usually caused by an air leak not releasing the shoe from the drum, then when you stop the air pressure drops and the drum cools and the shoes grip again.
the actual cause is poor maintenance as always.
