I work in an unhealthy environment. What should I do to get myself out and still employed?

There are three employees and two supervisors that are making life as a housekeeper difficult. Especially concerning when we're cleaning up after surgeries, yet no hazard pay or special duty pay.

This has been going on for a few months now and I am just at the end of my rope. I want to go to school in Australia or Germany or even in another state.

I had a similar situation so I started my own house/office cleaning business and made a ton of money without any idiot bosses torturing me. I had that business for 15 years. Men are doing that as well as women. $$$

No kidding? How did you get started? Started from around the neighborhood to where you can go across town or city and clean? Were you on your own?

@LysanderFremont: I had a partner in the beginning but that seldom ends well so after a year I was on my own. We had a gimmick..we used non animal tested, non toxic cleaning products...everyone loves that. I created a flyer and put them everywhere. Started out part time while keeping my horrible job for a while...got a few customers then it as word of mouth. Got so big I had to hire a couple of people.

Whoa. The products you can get from the store? That's pretty good! Did you have to go to the Better Business Bureau for authentication or permits to be required to do your own thing?

@LysanderFremont: No permits. If you are sort of in the field right now those are your references. I mostly made my own cleaning products back then and found some commercial stuff that was non toxic. Luckily for you there are tons of non-toxic products out there
