How do I avoid offending fat people?

Several of my coworkers are extremely sensitive about their weight. My simple existence constantly reminds them that they are failing at a very important aspect, especially for women.

I think one thinks I'm judging her, but I really don't care.

Any tips on how to navigate her insecurity?

I initially tried to avoid food and diet and exercise topics, but naturally, it's impossible, because we have to eat every day.

I mean...why would they even think so? Have you said something?

@SW-User I mean, I mentioned I bodybuild, which seemed to just draw attention to it and backfired. They ask me if I want food, but it's junk food, so I always politely decline.

I haven't intentionally been a dick; I can say that much, but it seems like anything I say can and will be transmuted into insecurity.

@Tatsumi Then there is no need for you to worry or apologise. I have body image and weight issues but if I feel, for some reason, that I'm being judged just because someone else chooses to be more healthy and active than me then this is all in my head and it's my fault.
