Let's take a poll: If you come to work and CHOOSE to play on your phone instead of working, is it your manager's fault for not motivating you?

@SW-User I don't understand your question. I've never been fired, and I've had only a few jobs. If someone is not doing their job, it's the managers job to get them to shape up, or fire them if necessary.

@SW-User I dont think so, if you have a job you have to take responsibility and not reply on a manager to keep an eye on you
