My female boss is hella balanced masculine/feminine.

She's got a really weird button she can press with her tone and energy. She flips on the masculine when she's doing business, and she flips on the feminine other times.

I've heard the phrase for business women to "put their dick away," when dating, because masculine energy is the ambitious, driven type of energy--and not something men look for in women, nor is it nurturing for children; but, the way she flips between the two is really...interesting. And somewhat impressive.
