Would you confront this guy?

So I have a coworker[A] who refuses to talk to me and gets others to ask for supplies he needs. His proxy [B] came by my office today with a printout from Amazon of a computer cable [A] wanted and said '[A] wanted me to ask you to order this.' I said 'so he sent you?'. He said 'yes, I think he's afraid of you.' After [B] left, I threw that piece of paper in the trash. If [A] needs it, he can ask me himself. I thought about going to him and telling him communication doesn't work that way, and ask what his problem with me is, but then I thought why waste my time on that fool?

@DreamyCrush you have to understand men can be very intimidated but beautiful women especially women who are extremely strong confident in themselves and successful in life he's Young he's immature he's one of these millennials you probably need to realize that he is not as mature or confident as you are he needs certain things to do his job properly and if you're in charge of purchasing and supplies you should help you out of his shell order the part he wants and then send him an email or a message saying he needs to come and sign for the part while you're looking for a made up piece of paper that really doesn't exist for him to sign for a part that's come in for him that he needs will give you all a chance to talk asking if he seen any good movies lately ask him what's your favorite restaurant near here break the ice and be nice to him otherwise you're just being a b**** to some little kid that doesn't really know anything.
@dale74 Hmm, really appreciate the feedback but I'm not trying to get to know this entitled brat. It's not like he's a new employee, and he's damn near 30. There are two office mates younger than him who seem to have some home training/social skills. 🙄

@DreamyCrush yes but you can make a difference in making this person a success helping the business that you work at or a complete failure at everything he does in life you have the power
