What do you do when your boss messes up your schedule?

My work often changes my schedule without giving me notice which interrupts my plans and puts me at risk of getting write ups. Also they ask me to close because they forgot to schedule a closer. I'm not tolerating their poor planning anymore, tired of them walking over me like that. What do you guys do

Not much you can do! I have the same problem in a way but it isn't due to poor work plans. At your age? Best thing to do is either look for a better job when you have time or just try to handle it as best you can.
Not knowing where you work kind of makes it a little harder to help.

Talk to them about their poor planning and your responsibilities that you plan for around the given schedule.

Bad management to do that to employees. What to do really depends on your situation and the job.

He doesn't, I set my schedule/meetings and stick to it.
