For those who have a boss...what is he or she like?

My guy is all over the board. Some days he’s full authoritarian. Some days he’s nice. He doesn’t value a woman’s work unless he has full control of them.
He’s very academic so he has issues with “teams” (not a good thing if you’re a manager)
