Do you think it's weird to have a boss that's younger than you?

As long as they are good at their job , I don't care how old they are...I've had bosses younger than me and they have asked my advice and I've always appreciated that they were willing to learn...

@Platinum that's a problem I have. My older but "more educated" management makes changes without knowing anything about our work.
