I have an AT&T U-Verse tower which is tied into my phone. I only have one landline, but it says on it, phone #1 and phone #2. The way it reads, you would definitely need another cell phone, but would have to be tied into whatever power you use for computer texts and/or messages.
When I moved in here, the last tenant had everything wired backward. That included the phone and he had no cable/computer feed. I had to call in a pro to set it up for me.
You have detailed exactly what you want. Were I you, I would call or go to a reliable phone service store (from my experience, I recommend AT&T) , explain what you want and what kind of setup. You will probably have to have a technician come in and set it up for you. You will need to be home when the man comes so you know exactly what he is doing and why. There will be SOME cost involved (unless another company can get it for you). I am recommending what I know about. Good luck!
