Very generous. Sometimes I dont even take it lol but I guess you have to match it up with work and strike some sort of balance otherwise you get super behind and everything just piles up.

Working in a government run hospital the more years you work the longer the time you can get off. On the condition that the hospital has the staff to let you off on holiday.

@iamnikki The first time I managed to get time off I took managed to take month off. Sounds nice right. My brother had his first kid I was there for that. My niece tried to kill herself. I was there for that and my dad had had a stroke and was only able to go home because I was there to nurse him.
When I went back to work I had been charged with negligence by one of my co-workers. Had to stand up before a hearing of all the bosses and explain as nicely as I could that If they didn't want me taking the time off work then they shouldn't have okay'd it.

@infiniterealism yep, or at least two months, depending on if it's a college or grade school. Colleges have to work summers,4 days a week though.
