At the shop were I work they’ve employed a new assistant team manager

But I just don’t like her. She can be very rude to me and I find her comments cutting. I just do my job but I’m feeling bullied, but am not sure if I should say anything to our Manager. She has been taken on temporarily due to one of the other assistant been on annual leave.

She sounds like one of those females that believe that other women are her competition instead of working together and having a good work relationship and atmosphere.

You should most definitely take it up with your manager before it gets more out of hand and they wonder how come you didn’t go to them when there was an issue that was resolved and ongoing.

@SunshineJ yeah if it’s been ongoing and she hasn’t stopped to acknowledge her own bitchy behaviour then it’s time for you to step up, cause you shouldn’t have to dread going in cause a coworker thinks they can treat you as such. It’s time you let your manager know of her behavior. It’s definitely not acceptable.
