My manager wants to have our coworkers get together and have a night out for some terrible reason

And she made a poll in our work group chat asking if anyone would like to participate in having a hangout basically, and no one replied of course. How awkward.

Although, I understand no one wanting to go, because I see work as nothing more than work and don’t really care to hangout with my coworkers outside of work. So, I didn’t care for the idea either, but of course I was working when she came up with the idea and she asked me right then and there if I would go. I felt awkward saying no, so I said yes, but thankfully no one replied so It’s not happening anyway. 😂😅

Hey.... yor boss obviously thinks you guys NEED to become a team..... I can see why when your attitude says, "This is a job and I don't want to put anything into it except my required hours." Co-workers are on the same wave-length as you?? Seems so.
So.... as a group of co-workers.... get together with your boss (while at work) and give her some help - like.... what you don't like about the job and some suggestions on how to make it work better for all of you so you all get some JOY (well... some sort of pleasure) out of being there for 1/6 of your life. If your boss suggested this 'team-building' should only occur on your time... then simply tell her she needs to inspire you more while at work.
