would you rather make good money or be in a good environment?

I'd rather have a crappy job that doesn't pay good but the people I work with are awesome and make it fun, they treat me with love and respect then ohave a good paying job where the people are assholes and are mean to each other. of course I want to make good money but what good is it if you don't have a good environment?
