How can one get a new job if they cant take off work ?

I work full time. My job requires a 2 week notice in order to be out. Calling in gets you an unexcused absense. X amount leads to write up.
So how the heck am I supposed to interview for new jobs?

A prospective employer isn't gonna wait 2 weeks for me to interview. They are gonna select the available person.

If I call in for every job interview I get, I'm gonna be fired before I can land a new one😔

Most companies recognize that if you're employed full time, it's difficult to show up during working hours.

Explain to whomever you're interviewing with that you really are interested in the job they're offering but you don't feel it's ethical to take time away from your current employer to interview with another company. Ask them if there's any way they can schedule you either early in the morning or after 5 (or whatever hours you're available to meet). Doing that shows them you're serious about working, you're responsible, and you're a reliable employee.
