Has anyone ever done a CIDs format interview (competency in depth structured interview) ?

So basically, tomorrow I have a second interview with this American company and the interview is competency in depth format. I have googled it but I can’t find much. So hopefully one of you can help me with what it involves and how to prepare myself for it ☺️
