How does an introvert survive open-workspace offices?

That is my work environment and it's draining .

Wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't non-stop pointless conversation. That and having to hear how quiet I am multiple times a week.

Everyone is not the same.

I'm not gonna just bring up off the wall stuff to talk about and laugh and carry on the same unfunny joke for 10 minutes with you because you want me to .

Get a little plaque made says
“we're all not the same" maybe a few of those e fuckers will take the hint. At my job on breaks and lunch I go sit in the bathroom stalls so I won't have to communicate
