Will your company buy you a new car or pay your higher premiums if your car is damaged while going to work in bad weather?

I’ve worked at a place where they threatened to fire people if they didn’t show up after an ice storm and people who lived out in a rural area had accidents...the job didn’t pay jack sh*t......they didn’t care if you got hurt or destroyed your vehicle.
