Where to learn an office etiquette?

I recently got accepted in this corporate firm that Manage commercial buildings. Before this I was working on small design firm so I have no experience with corporate culture or it's etiquette.

I kinda new on this and I already made few colleague that dislike me...

Ugh I don't know what to do...

So sad...

Anyone can give me reference for any material to help me?

I would suggest something so simple, it sounds ridiculous, but it works. Fake it. Smile, say nothing, but just observe until you see how they talk, the phrases used, study everything you see and hear until you can join in without feeling out of place. You'll catch on and will feel like you fit in, in no time. At first it will naturally feel awkward, but you'll catch on and you can use the internet to study what they talk about, making you eventually sound like a pro. I wish you the best.

@LadyGrace I hope that not gonna eat my soul.
@blackravencat No. Just observe. Take mental notes. Smile and act confident! They won't know you're clueless. 😊

The problem is I feel discomfort when they talked about people behind their backs.

Ah...
@blackravencat Ah, yes. I'd find a group who didn't do that. Don't compromise your integrity. Be yourself. You don't have to kowtow to these people. They'll respect you more if you don't. Can't you just do your job and not mingle with these type people? I was in that position once and I never gave in. Nobody liked me, but it felt good to stand up for myself and what I believed was right. I did my job the best I could and got my paycheck and that was that.
