I was just informed that I have not taken a sick day off from work in 3 years 😳

I think I'm gonna be sick tomorrow 🤢.

Any tips on which symptoms I should start displaying now already?

@SW-User I was in a meeting which was basically a warning about abuses of sick leave (someone got dismissed) and my record was used as an example 🤦‍♂️
