If it is trimmed and neat, no, if it is unruly, either trim it or shave it. Also depending on the job, I once read somewhere never trust a salesperson with facial hair, I cannot remember why, I think it was the whole hiding thing.

Just make sure it's not TOO "stubble-like". A tiny trimming around the periphery maybe...

Depends upon the position you're applying for and the company that's offering the job. Is there any way for you to find out if they're beard friendly between now and then? If not, I'd say it's probably a good idea to shave it all off. You can always grow it back.
