I was hoping someone would say this @LyricalOne
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
Wouldn't know what 'comfortable' looks like.
Fernie · F
@Picklebobble2 I hear tell that looks like you never ever have to buy things on sale
Stillwaiting · M
@Fernie Is that the "comfortable" yard stick ?
annamk · 31-35, F
£30,000 would do at the moment (renting) but I'd need to be on 40 or 50k to be in a position to own a place any time soon. If my living situation was settled (ie I had a place of my own or only had mortgage payments each month) I wouldn't need a lot to be content.
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@annamk "I wouldn't need a lot to be content" means you're already ahead of the game.
Those seem like realistic and well thought out numbers. I might be biased, because they're similar to mine though.
Best of luck in figuring out your living situation.

At least 3 times what I actually earn. Poor mah.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
Is the mortgage paid? Is there rent? How many cars do I have? What's the cost of living? Which potential natural disasters need to be prepared for? How much travelling?
YourBuddyRandall · 31-35, M
@Sicarium that's part of the question. I don't know these facts about your life.
Like, personally I don't have a high cost of living or like, fancy cars. So my number is low.

At least another 2k. AT LEAST. 😶 So we can just survive and I can move on to college or something.
This paycheck, I'm not making much money so a bill is not getting paid whether it's electric or water. 😕

It all depends on where .. but that "tree fiddy" answer would let me find something I could live with most places
PrivatePeeks · 26-30, F
$10,000 would do. I have cheap rent, few habits, and get a lot of free stuff.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
