@MasterofNone Presentation and cleanliness is obviously important. Balance of product lines.. knowing what to sell and when, knowing how quickly or slowly some products sell to appropriately order stock. Loss prevention. Time management. Keeping the staff happy is also important, a happy worker is a good worker. Team cohesion. The understanding that it's on all of us to do what it takes to make the machine run.

@MougyWolf How do you ensure the happiness of the worker and cohesion of the team ?

@MasterofNone I'm not a manager, just a worker there.. but through observations.. I'd say there is a certain level of respect for one another that ought to be paid, between workers, and between the boss and employees. There is a time for laughter, and a time to be more serious and get the job done, but work shouldn't be a place you dread going to. It should be fun. As for the general atmosphere, keep it positive by following the golden rule.
