Work problems

So I work as the general manager of a major hotel on my area. It’s a part of a major chain of hotels. I was told today that I might have the opportunity to be transferred to a different hotel for more money, but would cause me to leave my hometown and move across the country.

If you are making good pay as is and are happy where you live then I’d say turn it down and be happy with what you have. It is a huge ordeal to move especially across the country
