Not sure how to get him to understand...

My brother is autistic & doesn't understand a lot if things although he is better than he used to be....

I find frustrating the most us that if anyone... regardless if they gud intentions or not... says hello to him or gives him the time if day he thinks they are good friends with him & he can do what he wants & as he thinks as they are 'friends'

Anyway he started a new job yesterday & last nite he said to me they the new job has flexible hours but given he is currently training the 1st month the flexivkt hours won't start till after the 1st month.

He further said he is going to ask to have flexi on this coming Friday so he can go to the gym...

I said he shldnt ask for flexi on his 2nd day for later in the week for personal reasons esp if he wants to make a gud impression... he said it was fine as he's manager is nice....

I'm thinking to leave asking in till training is over b4 asking for such requests... he got annoyed with me & threw a strop with me for saying so... I know that's his autistism kicking in but this do I get him to understand?
