Entrepreneurial Introverts?

Is this a conundrum? Can it be done? Being a great leader requires the ability to continuously give yourself others. Can being an introvert help create time for reflection or will feeling drained from too much socializing hinder our ability to build rapport effectively? Does being an extroverted leader have its pitfalls? Are you an Entrepreneurial Introvert? I’d love to know your thoughts on this.
