Should I quit my old job?

I hate absolutely despise It. I have a better main job. I only work there once or twice a week anyway (I used to be full time). My last couple checks were only $20 (because $75 is taken for health insurance). The thing is if I quit now I won’t qualify for health insurance until July of next year at my new job. I have some dental things to take care of and I need new glasses 🤔 maybe I should just do that and leave.
