Say you got hired for a job, but did not have orientation yet...

Your 19 and you want to change your schedual from 3:30pm to 11:30pm to 3:30 to 9pm, 9:30pm, 10pm, or 10:30 pm due to not having a ride back home would this be a big deal? Will they find someone else if you ask the manager? The problem is not getting there its getting back.

It's plausible the manager might be able to hook you up with a carpool or a shift change. Is this a deal-breaker for you if you can't change shifts?
