Help with loans

Hey so my bf is a guarantor for his mate and she is messing around with him not paying the money she owed him back ... he want to cancel being the guarantor but the loan place want it all back help?? Any thing he can do ??

He can seize the asset and sell it and pay off the note , but he is equally liable for the note .Each late payment is a hickey on his credit too.
