Complaints at work

I never go through the proper channels I just use witch craft.

What's the complaint? How is your relationship with the boss? What does he think of the person you're thinking of complaining about?

I say if it’s something that’s really bothering u the risk is worth it. Atleast to me.

Depends on your boss - do you trust him/her to handle it correctly ?

It can be especially if the coworker has been there a long time
