so im not performing well at work.. and..

ive been trying to improve but j cant seem to.. should i just quit before im fired?
can i ever find another job again?

Have you talked to your immediate supervisor about your concerns privately? I remember feeling this way a few times. If you have a good boss, they will help you find solutions.
