There are always difficult people on the job and the best way I find to deal with them is feel sorry for them. I work at a physical job and out in the elements but it is a good job with good benefits. There are those who choose to make a simple job difficult and they usually end up getting fired. But fear not... there are plenty of idiots in line to replace them

I wrote on a envelope today that since o started doing this job I stopped thinking. I stopped dreaming and I stopped having hope. I've been depressed since one month in. I should have packed it in but my family insisted because it was healthcare I should stick at it. But I'm merely a shadow of the person I was before. All the nice qualities I had have been squashed and beaten out if me. And consequently I'm an emotional wreck that makes people think I'm bipolar. But I know I'm not like this when I'm away from work. Infact When I'm on holiday I'm just normal. Not eccentric. Normal. Does that sound bipolar?
Nope. Not bipolar...just not happy at work.Work that you hate can take a lot out of you. @Peppa

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 it's hard. I'm constantly watching what I say what I think. What I do. Hoping I'm stroking the ego of my boss enough but not too hard it seems false. Trying to do my job to the best of my abilities whilst taking constant criticism and sudden feedback that I need to do things another person's way other than my own or the way the dentist I'm working with likes. Making sure whatever comes out of my mouth doesn't seem stupid or weird. As I'll be judged and isolated.
The work world is tough. No one is your friend and you really can trust no one. @Peppa

Going good at work now after a month or two.At first some tried to make my life a little difficult but all of them r my friends now even proctecting me.Chef constantly check on me from far but just to make sure I could cope during peak hours. He will rush over to help me if I am in a state of emergency lol.Of course I try my best to improve my speed.I won them over just by refusing to involve in gossip at work, respectful n polite to all and do my job right lol.

Work has been increasingly difficult. Like most companies, dealing with personnel reductions, tightening budgets and increased management expectations, one feels unappreciated, overworked and underpaid. On the other hand, it’s nice to be employed....

I’m a little over it. So many responsibilities and so many difficult people. The challenge is to deal with it without stooping to their level

I work with children which is exhausting but fun. My co workers are too busy with their own students to cause issues.

I recently had to work more hours than normal to get a project done on time. It started to wear away at me and make me crankier than usual.

Today work is among the last of my problems, or maybe not. And I'm almost jobless...
I just feel like I am never enough wherever I go.
