Part of my job is customer service...the clients that I deal with are very appreciative of the services they receive. I always go the extra mile...it is very rewarding!!🤗

Yes, I have. It was very stressful. I had to take all kinds of verbal abuse every day. I got to the point where I felt sick to my stomach at the thought of having to go to work every morning, knowing what was in store for me. All too often I found myself in no-win situations, in which customers demanded something that was impossible, or that would have gotten me into trouble if I had done it for them. I was supposed to follow company policy, but I was also supposed to make the customers happy, and it was often impossible to do both of these things.

I worked in customer service for three and a half years. It wasn't too bad, but it was pretty stressful having to be on the phone/ready to accept calls all the time.

Yes, for over 30 years. Most of the time it’s ok, however there are those people who can make it pure hell
