Do you like working?

I need a new job. Been at my current one 2.5 years. I'm looking for a new job and applying but don't really want to work with new people. Don't want to have to get used to new people who are difficult to work with.

I almost rather just continue where I am and not talk to people. I already talk to few.

I want to go back to the playground days😕

Yes. I feel like I lose my mind a bit when I'm unemployed. Even going back to school didn't help. I need to [i]do[/i] something and make [i]money.[/i] (the "making money" part is important)

@SW-User You sound like my uncle. Worked for 30 something years. Retired, started working again part time due to [b]bordem[/b]👎

It's got to be hard to be retired. Too much time to think. And in my case, that can get dangerous. @iamnikki

@SW-User I don't know. I just don't see it. I'd be so happy. saw a news story about a retired lady who lived on a cruise ship, enjoying every day. But of course that's costly. Surely she's rich

@iamnikki It's nice to feel useful too, though. Work sometimes gives a person a sense of self-worth and accomplishment; especially if you do it your whole life. Then just stopping? It's weird.
