my messages aren't too formal, i just make sure it's grammatically correct and for the polite touch i end all emails with "If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you."

@VioletDreams Yea i write that all the time, but Im always secretly wishing them not to ask or request anything XD

@VioletDreams shit i feel guilty of that to be honest.. I mean I hate calling them, really hate to call coz im not too confident about it and get nervous and all but my boss and supervisor insist me to call them many times so I really annoyed the hell out of some people lol.. now one person who im exchanging emails often, she doenst seem to like me at all.. once she even wrote "I'll reply in weekends so don't call the whole company".... Whewww

@jellyfishman oh i wouldn't feel too bad about that if your boss is giving you these orders to call the person. you're just doing your job, nothing personal. but i would maybe advise my boss that its best not to annoy a client too lol

@VioletDreams I told them many times but.. they just have totally different perspective about how to be good in business relationship, and I just started working here.. so when I try to persuade them it just makes me look bad and they think im saying stuff like that coz im dont know much about work @_@.. and i get all confused about what's common sense and what's to be like professional and stuff, you know what i mean--

@VioletDreams But well, after all, my boss and my supervisor are really nice to me.. so I just try to follow their way no matter what I think lol. im the one who get paid for doing that.. And its not too bad if I just try not to be attached to work too much..

@jellyfishman well it's good to speak up but its also good to know when to back down and listen. you're pretty young and your boss i assume has a lot more experience under they're belt. sometimes its best to not assume you know more than an experienced person. instead always learn from them by stepping back and observing.

Yea true
And its kinda good for me.. coz i have to try something i dont like. And i have a chance to see if it works or not.. if im not pushed to do things i dont like i wouldnt even have a chance to see if this way works or not..
