How personal are you in business email?

i dont know how much kind and polite i should be and how much formal i should be lol. where's the balance? how do you communicate when you write emails for work?

All my work emails go to my team and my direct supervisors. We all work closely together and know each other fairly well.

I keep the tone professional but I’m not afraid to let personality shine through. If I were emailing clients or others in the company that I don’t know, I tone down the familiarity and become strictly professional.

@ProdigalSummer that sounds like a perfect way :-) just hard to practice as an action for me ahaha lol. since im the only person who's in charge with english communications.. and im not a native english speaker, so im just trying to pick up the business tone vocabs and expressions from the emails I recieve lol..
