Which is better and pays more? I'm looking into job prospects for the summer, and would like to know which is better?

@hlpflwthat a camp for children. The support staff sees to it that things are running smoothly etc, I'm looking into a job for the summer, and am trying to decide which one would better suit me in terms of salary: a camp counsellor or camp staff
