If you knew you was working with materials that you thought didn't meet various standards.. Would you still use them if your employer supplied them?

depends on the construction.. I work High Pressure Boiler and gas Plants, so there it would be no go.. close to if not a crime to use sub standart material

@Inquisator its more of a functional issue rather than a safety issue. I'd love to post specifics but I'm paranoid my employer can see past my scarf and find my identity
