Do you have any passive income?

I started my own company buying commercial properties, I couldn't write a book about it coz I am still learning the ropes my self, but like everyone else that ventures out into this its all about trial and error. Read up a lot on it learn from peoples mistakes and methods. I also come from a long line of family that love the business side in creating a business and watching it grow for us its the journey that we enjoy the outcome when it turns out well is the cherry on top. I also had an amazing platform that was my grandfather who's intelligence for creating business and lots of passive income ventures look so good and enticing, that we followed in his footsteps, but we all have a degree in other fields..I guess its a fall back thing. For me so far all good.

I wish. I get a government check every month, another government check every three months, and a government check once a year. Grand total: about $1,500
