How long after you wake up are you good to go?

I stumble out of bed almost immediately, then stand like a zombie near the espresso machine until it's done. So, maybe 5 minutes.

wash my ass... drink some OJ and (well i got my clothes on by now) and out the door.

I usually reset my alarm around 3 times lol.

two hours and three cups of coffee later

I need an hour at least
