What's the most ridiculous work seminar you've had to attend?

For me, it was a training seminar on how to cooperate with fellow workers. It was ridiculous for two reasons: The teachers who had to attend got along fine with each other and with other staff. And at the end of it, we were all forced to get up from our chairs and run around the room in circles flapping our arms and hands while honking like geese. We were told that geese cooperate when they fly together so it would help us if we imitated them.
