Did not fisnish School Help?

I left school when I was in grade 11 because of personal reasons, and I am looking for work and cannot redo school, so I draw pension money to get by. How does one with this problem go about finding a Job, should I register at a job finding agency without experience in the real world? I want to work as a call center agent and don't want to do labor jobs because it is just hard. Point is, messed up and want to fix this mess.
